1. How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our collection of limited edition vinyl records and select the ones you'd like to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. Please be aware all pre-order sales have a 5-6 month lead time from the pressing plant.

2. Is their a cancellation/refund policy?

SCR and The Dream Division will not refund items damaged in transit. We will replace copies if damage has occurred and isn't repairable. Due to the nature of pre-ordered items, all pre-order sales are final once the pressing has arrived in hand at SCR headquarters. If you have any questions please contact us via email or socials 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer the option to pay with PayPal for added convenience.

3. How long does shipping take?

If you ordered a non-fill record, items will be processed withing 5-7 days and you will receive tracking details. All Filled records will ship approximately 3-4 weeks after the pressing has arrived. 

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you will be able to see if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

6. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, we occasionally offer discounts and promotions on our limited edition vinyl records. To stay updated on our latest offers, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media. Don't miss out on the opportunity to grab your favorite records at a discounted price!

7. Can you declare my order at a cheaper value to reduce import fees?

Unfortunately not. All items are insured for the declared value. We are not willing to reduce the insured amount incase of damage
